48ph Terms & Conditions — Official Legal Agreement for Filipino Players

By registering an account, accessing the 48ph website, or using any services provided by the 48ph platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 48ph platform and close your account.

1. Acceptance of Terms

You must immediately notify 48ph customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 KYC Verification

48ph is required by Philippine anti-money-laundering (AML) regulations to verify the identity of all users. As part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process, users may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or national ID) and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on withdrawals or account suspension.

4. Deposits & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

48ph accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers from BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other accredited local banks. 5. Withdrawals & Verification

5.1 Withdrawal Requests

Users may request withdrawal of available account balances at any time through the 48ph cashier interface. Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100 PHP. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply depending on user account status and VIP tier. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit unless otherwise approved by 48ph management.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing Time

7.1 Fair Play Obligation

All users must engage in gaming activities in good faith and in accordance with the rules of each game provided on the 48ph platform. Users are prohibited from employing unfair strategies, exploiting software errors, or engaging in any conduct that undermines the integrity of the gaming experience for other users.

7.2 Software Errors & Malfunctions

In the event of a software malfunction, game error, or incorrect payout caused by technical issues, 48ph reserves the right to void affected bets and correct account balances retroactively. Users acknowledge that all game results displayed on the 48ph platform are subject to verification and correction in the event of technical error.

7.3 Responsible Gaming

48ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all users. Users are encouraged to set deposit limits, session time reminders, and loss limits through the responsible gaming tools available in their account dashboard. Users who feel that gaming is negatively affecting their personal or financial well-being should utilize the self-exclusion options or seek support from professional resources.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities while using the 48ph platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or using accounts belonging to other individuals;
• Engaging in collusion, cheating, or any form of fraudulent activity;
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or manipulate gameplay;

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to 48ph systems or other user accounts.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and potential legal action.

9. Account Termination & Suspension

9.1 Termination by User

Users may request account closure at any time by contacting 48ph customer support. Upon closure, any remaining account balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, provided all wagering requirements and verification obligations have been satisfied.

9.2 Termination by 48ph

48ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate user accounts at any time if we determine, in our sole discretion, that the user has violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform. Upon termination by 48ph, any remaining account balance may be forfeited if the termination was due to user misconduct.

9.3 Self-Exclusion

Users who wish to self-exclude from the 48ph platform for responsible gaming reasons may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion through the account settings or by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion periods of 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or permanent exclusion are available. 10.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 48ph and its directors, officers, employees, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the 48ph platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, unauthorized account access, or service interruption.

10.3 User Responsibility

Users acknowledge that online gaming involves risk of financial loss. 48ph does not guarantee that any user will win money by using the platform. Users participate in all gaming activities at their own risk and are solely responsible for any financial decisions made during their use of the 48ph platform.

10.4 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from the use of the 48ph platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.
